My Story
Growth is never linear.
Shaped through experience — in life, health, and endurance sports.
My path into life performance hasn’t been linear.

From early experiences of loss, to navigating health challenges in sport, to building a career and family through high-pressure environments — my understanding of performance has been shaped through real life.

Triathlon and endurance sport brought me back to myself. Not as an escape, but as a foundation.
